I can?t think of Belize without thinking of Maria and her family. The message of EPP (You are loved. You are worthy. You have a purpose.) comes through loud and clear through Maria?s life.

Maria and her family have many talents. She crochets and makes beautiful woven baskets. Her mother enjoys sewing and is an amazing cook. Her father is responsible for many things, one of which is the farm in the jungle behind their home. Maria loves to sing worship music and memorize scripture. Each time we see her, she tells us what she?s been memorizing.

Her family loves the Lord and are a big part of their local church and community. Maria is a big advocate for others impacted by special needs and is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus with others when she visits them. She consistently reminds them that they are loved by God, they are worthy, and they have a purpose.
